Trade Terms & Conditions
These Trade Terms govern the relationship between Placepaints and approved Trade Customers. By applying for and using a Trade Account, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
Trade Accounts are offered to verified businesses, professionals, and organisations purchasing paint and supplies for commercial or project use.
2. Pricing & Discounts
Approved Trade Customers receive exclusive discounts on our standard retail pricing. Discounts are applied at our discretion and may vary depending on order volume, frequency, or account status.
3. Payment Terms
- All orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
- Trade customers may request net 30-day payment terms, subject to approval and credit checks.
4. Order Placement
Orders can be placed via our website or by phone/email for approved Trade customers. Trade discounts do not apply to sample pots unless explicitly stated.
5. Delivery
Free delivery applies to all Trade orders over £100 (ex VAT). All deliveries are subject to availability and our standard delivery timelines.
6. Returns
Trade orders are non-returnable unless goods are damaged or faulty. Colour accuracy is not guaranteed across different batches; we recommend ordering sufficient quantities at once.
7. Misuse of Account
Trade accounts are not to be shared or resold. Abuse of Trade terms may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
8. Amendments
Placepaints reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Trade Account constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
