Shipping Policy

Please note that we do not dispatch orders over the Easter bank holiday period. Any orders placed during this time will be processed on the next working day, which may result in a slight delay to delivery. We always aim to get your paint to you as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during bank holidays.

Delivery options

Sample orders (100ml) Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. A flat rate of £3.75 applies. Minimum order is 4 sample pots (£20). Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.

Paint orders (1L, 2.5L, 5L) Shipped via APC Next Day Delivery at £7.95. Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the same day where possible, or the next working day.

Free delivery

Free shipping on all orders over £60, automatically applied at checkout.

Remote areas & offshore UK locations

Some remote and offshore locations — such as the Isle of Wight — may incur slightly higher charges and extended delivery times. Rates start at £10.80 for orders up to 0.3kg, then £0.34 per kg thereafter. These rates are determined by our courier partner based on location.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it right to your door.

Order cut-off times

Orders placed before 12pm (midday) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.

All of our paints are made to order in the UK. Orders placed before 12pm are typically delivered the next working day, so you can get started on your project without delay. Samples are usually 2-3 days.
